RESPONSIBILITIES
	Develops, implements, and monitors various reporting systems concerning product returns, performance and quality to assist top management in problem resolution and product decision making.
	Assist in the inspection and analysis of completed product, work in-process and returned goods.
	Implement process controls and support from practical implementation to advanced techniques, and analysis.
	Performs trend analysis and establishes corrective/preventive actions as required.

MUST
	Bachelors of Science in an Engineering discipline (highly preferred)
	Must be able speak (Mandarin), write and read Chinese.
	Must be able to take lead on resolving quality issues through remediation with customers and transfer to company resolution plan.
	3-7 years of Quality control experience, preferable in a power supply facility
	Experience with process or product validation in a regulated environment.
	Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing – Good leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills
